FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA At this time, we only offer free shipping to the United States. Shipping by USPS. Our goods are shipped within 5-8 days. We ship all orders the same day or the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when ordering. We will not change the shipping address after you place your order. Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping to the United States.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? We want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible! Please wait 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, we will send you an order, which will take you 5-8 days. Please note that this is approximate information, and times may vary due to the large volume of orders and depending on the distance of your delivery address from our nearest warehouse.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES? The prices listed on our website are not taxed in US dollars, which means that you can pay duties and taxes after receiving your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. You are responsible for paying these fees and taxes and we do not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You are entitled to a full refund, including delivery and handling, ONLY if the order has been canceled prior to delivery. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests when the parcel is delivered to the carrier.
